By using the services of Fragua LLC, you accept the terms set forth in this document.

Subscription and length of service

When the customer subscribes, they get 5 or 20 days of service. This time is saved if the subscription is paused.

Access to the workspace

By contracting our services, the customer consents to giving Fragua LLC access to their Webflow workspace. This access is necessary to perform the agreed design and development tasks.

Refunds

The payment is not refundable, unless Fragua is unable to perform the service. In that case, 100% of the last payment will be refunded within 31 days.

Cancellation of the service

Fragua reserves the right to cancel the service if it considers that the customer is misusing it.

Pauses in the subscription

The customer can pause the subscription at any time, accumulating the remaining days for future use.

Intellectual Property

The customer is the sole owner of all files and works delivered as part of the service.

Communication

All official communication, including changes to terms or product updates, will be made through the Slack workspace assigned to the customer.

Compliance Policy

Services begin immediately after payment is received. Their delivery will depend on the scope and deadlines defined in the project.

Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services, returns are not accepted. All sales are final.
